Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 10 Series PCB Matching Guide

Step 1: Locate the model number of your hard drive:

The model number for DiamondMax 10 series is usually located in the top right corner (circled red). If it is not there, then you can find it in the first 7 digits of the TLA (bottom left). You can also tell if your drive is SATA or PATA from the top right corner.

For example, this hard drive has the model number 6L250R0, it is a PATA drive (often just refered to as ATA).
